What are my shipping options?

  • For shoppers in Malaysia, we offer a standard local Express Delivery. That said, you can also opt for Lalamove for same-day delivery.

Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?

How long does my delivery take?

  • We will update you with the delivery status once your order is processed. So check your inbox, we will email you a tracking code to follow the journey of your package at all times. Just in case you can't find it, you may want to check your Junk Mail.

Why is my tracking number not traceable?

  • Tracking number is usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Hang in there and do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If you made your order during the weekend or public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
