Rest assured that we prioritize your cats' well-being and strive to provide the most effective treatment possible. Please note that while GS treatment is highly effective, there is still a chance of relapse.
Relapses & recurrences are very rare in Emune, with a 0.3% rate only, which is very low compared to more commonly occurring 3% relapses in other brands.
EMUNE Guarantee Program is designed to accommodate the pitfalls that may occur during the treatment of your cats.
Refund
Program
Timeline: 60 days after receiving product

Detail:
In the event that the cats must stop treatment due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as a wrong diagnosis or accident. Emune will gladly refund any unopened vials.
Package return fees are borne by the customer, and RM50 transaction and labor fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Relapse
Program
Timeline: 84 days during Observation Period

Detail:
If your cat relapsed with FIP again during 84 day of observation period, check if you fall under the category of "Middle Joiner" or "Existing Customer" :
A Middle-joiner is a customer who has committed at least 70 days of Treatment with Emune.
If Relapse occurs on "Middle Joiner", get 1 Vial free + 15% off Full Treatment course again.
An Existing Customer is someone who, completed 84 days of Treatment with Emune, experiences relapse.
If Relapse occurs on "Existing Customer", get 2 Vial free + 25% off Full Treatment course again.
Recurrent
Program
Timeline: 60 days after completed Observation Period

Detail:
If your cat has recurrent within 60 days after Observation period,
Emune will give you 7% off on Full Treatment course again.
Terms & Conditions
​
1. You must declare all of your cat's treatment reports (Medicine, Treatment Plan, Dosage incremental, Blood Test, etc.).
Our staff will investigate if there was any mistake with your previous treatment.

2. You must declare how you pet your cat during and after the treatment, including (foods, supplements, activities, medications unrelated to FIP treatment).
​
3. You must submit proof of the diagnosis report if the same cat is relapsing or recurring with FIP.
